10 Natural Ways to ENERGIZE your brain!!

Our body which is in need of activities (to stretch its muscles), so does our brain. It also in needs of some exercise to keep it sharp, focus, and its agility to think. Not to worry, you don't have to shake your head like crazy to do that :) Of course you can, if you wanna, it's your head. But it's not what is written here in this article. Here you can find what are the ways you can do to keep your brain as sharp as possible.


    1. Try to use your both right and left hand

Balancing your brain is important core if you wanna keep your brain on its top shape. To do so, do your activities with both hands. It means, switch it over. If you are usually do things with your dominant hand, use the other hand. Simple things like using computer mouse, brushing your teeth, or even when you're using your cell phone, will feel difficult when you are doing it with your non dominant hand. But, that is how you balance your brain. It will help to strengthen your nerve bonding and even when it is the time to build a new nerves. 

    2. Reading

This activity will flex your brain's nerves. It doesn't matter whether it is light reading or the heavy ones. According to some studies, reading will help to build cognition capability and preventing early dementia. Besides, reading is a window of so many things.

    3. Playing puzzles  or crosswords

Puzzles, crosswords, Sudoku, or something like that can trains the left side of our brain.


   4. Playing strategic games

Games like chess, Monopoly, or even World of warcraft turn out can be very useful for our brain. It stimulates or right side of our brain to think more creative.


    5. Change your routines

It is had been studied that changing our routines can re-activate the brain's nerves connections which are not activate or has not activate before. Hence it will refreshes our brain. The activities can be very simple, such as having shower with eyes closed or reorganizing your office.

    6. Learn foreign languages

It will activate part of your brain which is not activate yet, since you are able to speak with your mother tongue. It said that, by learning foreign languages, the blood flow to the brain is increasing. As the result, the connection of the brain's nerves are well maintained.

    7. Enjoying music

Try to do it while doing something else. It will be a good stimulation to balance our brain. Also don't be afraid to learn to play music instruments. Basically is, use both senses at the same time, such as listening music while kissing/smelling a flower. 

                                                                            8. Physical exercises

Some physical exercises are very good to improve our brain health. It will stabilize the blood flow to the brain and increasing the nerves connections of the body which is centrally controlled by the brain. It also will train the brain to be more logic, attentive, and remembrances.


    9. Social life

Brain can be well trained by social life, especially reducing the chance of getting Alzheimer's disease. It mostly will affecting the right side of the brain for its feeling, compassion, and many other capabilities.

    10. Find a new hobby

It will change to brain processing of doing something. If you are not familiar to do something, then just do it. If you can play guitar, now try to play a piano. Mainly keep finding new things for your brain.
   
    

Healthy brain means healthy body and soul. Hence, the food for brain is very important to keep us healthy.
