Most of people want to get up early in the morning in full of spirit, and yet in peaceful. But, how many of you ever get to have that. Every body knows, morning is a chaos time, hectic, random, and seasonal, depend on your mood, which is most of them is bad, and full of grudges, and even anger. However, how many of you, know that we can actually manage our morning time into a peaceful and yet full of spirit to prepare the day's activities. Here some of the bad habits you should get rid off, in order to get the best of quality morning time.

Just like another ordinary day, you wake up in the morning,go to bath, eat breakfast, and then go to work, and go home in the afternoon, or sometimes after dark. Have you ever think that you are almost completely out of sun lights. Obviously, when you spend too long under the sun light, especially at day light, it will have no benefits for you. However, if you have it just for sometime, preferably the morning sun lights, it will have good benefits for your health, since it has lots of Vitamin D.
Lots of people in some place on this earth, are longing to have sun lights upon them, and would really pay to have that. A scientific study, stated that if a person who hasn't got any morning sun lights has the bigger chance to get obesity. Having the morning sun lights shine upon the entire body surface for some amount of time, 20-40  minutes will help the body to set the body's natural clock, managing the energy level, increasing the appetite, and conducting the body metabolism. That is why, lots of people from countries which don't get enough sun light, travel to tropical countries to get the benefits of sun light. There are even a nudist beach to distribute the needs.

2. NOT drinking plain water in the morning

It's not doubtful that water is very important in our life, since it needed to keep our body moist and fresh, not to mention healthy. However, not many of us knows how to hydrate ourselves in the right way. We're only drinking whenever we feel thirsty. On the contrary, after a night sleep, our body is actually suffered from dehydration from the liquid we expel from sweating, even we're not realizing it happens. Hence, a glass of water in the morning, right after we wake up, is urgently needed to recover. Moreover it can disguise our morning breath, which is usually bad.  

3. Doing sports on empty stomach

It is equally by NOT having breakfast. Lots of sayings tell that breakfast can cause obesity. How false is that. In facts, by having breakfast, it prepare your body for providing enough energy for your next activities. It will be has greater  benefits if you have a healthy breakfast.


4. Lack protein


It is better if your breakfast contains proteins in it. Since the protein will help the body to build body muscles and it is easy to find in most dairy products such as eggs, cheese, and oatmeal. Besides, it's also pretty simple to prepare isn't it?

You shouldn't be grumpy and grumbles, or pouting in the morning. Besides you actually don't have good reasons to do it, it is one of the cause you're ruining your morning mood. An it will be never ending bad cycle for your entire day. Be a cheerful person, and wake up in the morning with a wide grin, even when it is the silly one. A saying once told, smile and the world will smile with you. So, if you want the world to be looks pretty, then you should look it with a pretty eyes, and it starts with a smile.
